Accepted students must fill out the following documents. The clinical placement form, consent form, and acknowledgement form must be completed 14 days prior to the beginning of CPE.

Tuition

If an applicant is offered a place in a program they are required, at the time they give their written acceptance, to pay a non-refundable deposit ($300). This payment will be applied toward their tuition fee ($3000). Students who have successfully completed a unit through Uplift (i.e., a returner) should pay a non-refundable deposit of $275 and tuition of $2,750. The balance of the tuition fee is due twenty-four hours before the initial day of the unit. No refunds of tuition will be made after the first day of the unit of which the student is accepted.
